Refund & Return Policy
1. Refund & Return Eligibility
Our policy allows for returns and refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase (65 days for orders outside the US, CA, EU, and AU). Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Non-personalized products: Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of payment.
- Personalized/customized products: Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of checkout.
- Personalized/customized items are non-refundable, but replacements may be provided under specific conditions.
2. Eligible Conditions for Return or Replacement
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:
✅ The product was damaged upon arrival.
✅ The product has blurry prints or materials do not match the description.
✅ The wrong size was received due to our error.
✅ The product does not match the ordered specifications.

3. Required Evidence for Return, Refund, or Replacement
To process your request efficiently, please provide:

📌 Detailed description of the issue
📌 Clear photos showing the problem
Note: Refund or replacement requests without complete information may not be processed.
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
1️⃣ The item must be returned to our warehouse.
2️⃣ Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
3️⃣ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Partial Refunds
We may grant partial refunds in the following cases:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to customer error.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
📌 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, the return shipping fee will be refunded along with the order value if the issue is due to our error.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Missing or Delayed Orders
- If 30 days (or 65 days for orders outside the US, CA, EU, and AU) have passed since the shipping date and the package has not arrived, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
- This excludes issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or missed parcel deliveries.
7. Non-Refundable Cases
🚫 Spelling or grammatical errors in personalized/customized orders made by the customer.
🚫 Low-quality original images provided for custom designs.
🚫 Ordering errors (wrong size, color, or variant selected by the customer).
🚫 Items returned without prior approval from our support team.
