Return and Refund

  • Our policy lasts 30 days (65 days for applications outside the US, CA, EU, and AU). If 30 days (65 days for orders outside the US, CA, EU, and AU) have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange your goods beyond that time.
  • We only allow order modification (change/cancellation) within 2 hours of payment, except for personalized products, weighing 1 hour from checkout.
  • Personalized, customized items are non-refundable, replacement only.

Policy Conditions

Since our products are print-on-demand, make-to-order only accepts returns or replacement orders under the following conditions:

Within 7 days of receipt of the goods, you must notify us of the return/replacement for the following reasons:

  • Product was damaged.
  • The product is blurred, and the material does not match the product description.
  • Wrong size on your order or wrong size description.

Evidence To Submit For Return/Refund Or Replacement

You should contact our support team by clicking HERE within 7 days of product delivery. The more information you have about the cause of the problem, the more easily you can help to resolve it. To expedite your request, please include the following information: [email protected]

    • Name On Order
    • Your Order Number
    • A detailed description of the problem
    •  Some photos illustrating the issue


  • Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund must have complete information.

Please understand that we are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling or grammatical mistakes, quality issues with the original images, or ordering errors. Please review your orders carefully before placing them.

Refund and Return Policy


If you are requesting a refund, make sure you meet one of the reasons above and please return the item to us. We will refund you once we receive the item. The refund will be refunded to you according to the payment method you used when placing your order.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • You will bear the cost of the return, we will return it along with the order value.

Late Or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet after we informed you, please first double-check your bank account.
  • Secondly you can contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Thirdly, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items Not Arrived

The 30-day policy (65 days for applications outside the US, CA, EU, and AU) will be based on the shipping date. If in case it has passed 30 days and the package has not arrived yet, then a replacement or refund will be offered depending on what you prefer. Customers can choose from a refund or replacement.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries.)
