5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Order Modifications: Allowed within 2 hours of payment (1 hour for personalized products).

  • Refund Policy:

    • Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (65 days for international orders outside US, CA, EU, AU).

    • Only items with defects, wrong sizes, or incorrect shipments qualify for replacements.

    • Personalized/customized products are non-refundable (replacement only).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
