Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) and typically require 5–7 business days for production before shipment. As our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, production times may be slightly longer than usual.

Delivery time depends on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure accurate delivery estimates, transit times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Norway require a personal tax identification number for package delivery, as per their national policies.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to U.S. Military Bases. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Order Tracking
A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order has shipped.
Please allow 7–10 days for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
📌 Note: If tracking details are unavailable, it means the package has not yet been scanned by the carrier. Once scanned, tracking events will be updated.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the selected shipping service.
Transit times do not include order processing time.

Incorrect Address Policy
🚨 Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If your address is incorrect or incomplete, we may attempt to contact you for an update, which may delay your shipment.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, it will be disposed of by our shipping partner, and a re-shipping fee will be required.

If you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if the package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
